Haelvoet donates healthcare furniture to Namibia
At Haelvoet, we are committed to sustainability and corporate social responsibility. That’s why we donate more than 100 pieces of healthcare furniture to Namibia.
When delivering new furniture, we offer our customers the option to give used care furniture, if still in good condition, a second life. Additionally, we have demonstration furniture that no longer can be sold but is in excellent condition. Through non-profit partnerships, we regularly donate care furniture to hospitals and nursing homes in Eastern Europe and Africa.
This time, we have focused our attention on Namibia. We prepared a full container of used care furniture, showroom models, and demo models. The donated care furniture will find a new home in Namibian care facilities, where it will significantly improve the amenities.
This donation was made possible through the collaboration with ambassador Dr. Mekondjo Kaapanda-Girnus and local organizations in Namibia. Their support has made this donation a success. We thank everyone involved in this donation.
